You all have been soo amazing with all your thoughts advice, so I am back again!
This time, I am trying to honour a late childhood friend named [name_f]Brianna[/name_f]. She was soo strong and I was a shoulder for her to lean on.
I have 2 names in mind, but wasn’t sure which is a good option to go for the combination on my list. Middle name I am entertaining with both names is [name_f]Faith[/name_f]

[name_f]Elena[/name_f] - [name_f]May[/name_f] look like more of a subtle connection to [name_f]Brianna[/name_f], but shares the ending ‘-na’, but also her middle name began with ‘El-’, so it is a strong connection to her full name as a whole. Although, I personally prefer the pronounciation “elle-LEN-uh”. Would this be too difficult to achieve as a first name? Would there just be constant pronounciation issues anyways? Also, I know this is a very versatile name, but could you see a child of all different looks with this name? For example: blonde hair, blue eyes? [name_m]Brown[/name_m] hair, blue eyes? Blonde hair hazel eyes? [name_m]Brown[/name_m] hair hazel eyes? Etc…? [name_u]Or[/name_u] do you feel it suits one look of the other? I always have difficulties with this name seeing it suiting multiple looks.

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] - This name full resembles [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] in the major similarity of being an ‘anna’ name. I love that it has the same feel yet also is abit different and is also a special name in my family as well. This one feels most similar for those who don’t know [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] and her full name, so could look more of a direct honour. I don’t really have any reservations on this name as it is very beautiful and I so picture this name on all different looks.

I can picture both names on almost anyone, but [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] might be better considering how I’d (and maybe some others) would pronouce [name_f]Elena[/name_f] eh-AY-nuh
[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] is a better combo. [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] feels a little off.

I think it depends where you are and how popular [name_f]Elena[/name_f] as Eh-lay-nuh is. I have met an Ell-len-uh here in the UK and have heard people pronounce it that way instinctively too. I do think it’s an easy correction to make, but I’d suggest asking the people around you how they’d instinctively say it - especially if you know anyone who works in childcare or as a receptionist or similar, as it will be them who’d read it first rather than be introduced?
Yes, the couple of Elenas I’ve met have all looked very different! if it helps, I’ve known these Elenas: a blonde-haired, blue-eyed toddler, a brown haired teen, a black lady who works with my mum

[name_f]Elena[/name_f] is warm and sunny; it feels like a meaningful, thoughtful way to honour her and I like how it means bright, shining light - it feels like a great nod to her.
[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] is a solid, charming name and it sounds like you’re more confident on it. It is more obviously linked to [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] in a way that’s easy to explain, it feels very versatile, and is both soft and strong at the same time. Based on your comments, I’d go with this one 
[name_f]My[/name_f] only hang up is that [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] looks and flows a little better than [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] to me, but not in a way that completely sways my opinion.

Both name are lovely with [name_f]Faith[/name_f] as a middle name. Personally I prefer [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and I think [name_f]Elena[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f] is gorgeous! I could easily picture anyone with this name, it’s very versatile in my opinion!

Have you thought of [name_f]Brielle[/name_f]? I feel like it’d be a fantastic option! [name_f]Bri[/name_f] of [name_f]Bri[/name_f]anna and the el- of her middle name!

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. [name_f]Elena[/name_f] will definitely have pronunciation issues her whole life.
