Aeson

I recently stumbled across this name & adore it. Pronounced ‘Ay-son’. NN would be ‘[name]Ace[/name]’…
WDYT??

I’d been wondering why I didn’t see this around. The name of the mythical [name]Jason[/name]'s father would seem an obvious alternative to the popularity of his name
https://nameberry.com/blog/boys-names-2009 but it doesn’t seem to have caught on, with only 20 Aesons born in the US in 2009.

I like this name, and I’m surprised that it hasn’t become more popular b/c of its long “Ay” sound and that it ends with “son.”

I would use it.

It’s a nice enough name but I can’t help but see [name]Aesop[/name] as in aesop’s fables. Not a bad association for me. [name]Just[/name] an association. I still kind of like this name.
