Aggie as a nn

wdyt of this nn? I like it and it would honor my dear friend [name]Mary[/name] [name]Margaret[/name] who we only call “[name]Maggie[/name]”

The only problem is I don’t like [name]Agatha[/name] or [name]Agnes[/name] with my other kids’ names. Would it be a nn for [name]Augusta[/name] or not?

any other suggestions or names that have the same feel?

[name]Agate[/name]
[name]Agnessa[/name]
Agnellla
[name]Ange[/name]
Agnetta
[name]Agnethe[/name]
Agalea

Or maybe…

[name]Magdalena[/name]
[name]Magnolia[/name]

I actually think it could work for [name]Margaret[/name] or any variant of [name]Margaret[/name] ([name]Margarita[/name], [name]Margo[/name], etc.). If Margarets can be called [name]Maggie[/name] or [name]Peggy[/name], I don’t think [name]Aggie[/name] is a ridiculous stretch. I think it works for [name]Augusta[/name] too. You might also want to consider [name]Pearl[/name], [name]Perla[/name], or [name]Penina[/name], which share the “[name]Pearl[/name]” meaning with [name]Margaret[/name].
