I don’t see [name]Annie[/name] as a direct derivative of [name]Agnes[/name], but I do like it! I think the name [name]Agnes[/name] is so cute! What about Ness as a nn?

Ness is a cute nn for [name]Agnes[/name]…
but all and all, I am not a big fan of the name.

I get where [name]Annie[/name] comes from just take about the g. [name]Just[/name] because they have different meanins doesn’t mean it can’t be use in this case. I like the name [name]Alexandra[/name] nn [name]Annie[/name] or [name]Anne[/name] not [name]Lexi[/name], [name]Alexis[/name], [name]Alexa[/name], [name]Alex[/name] ext. I also like [name]Alexander[/name] nn [name]Andy[/name] not derived from those names at all but the sound in the names makes sense [name]Alex/namedra. Also [name]Candace[/name] nn [name]Annie[/name].
