Alais & Oriane

I recently watched a new mini series called Labyrinth (not based off the 1980s movie!) And two names caught my attention:

Alais & [name]Oriane[/name]

I think I have two new name crushes on my hands…

Alais is an old French variant of [name]Alice[/name] (pronounced a-LAEES)

[name]Oriane[/name] is the French form of [name]Oriana[/name] which possibly means “gold.”

What do you think, berries?

[name]Ah[/name] [name]Kate[/name] Mosse’s ‘Labyrinth’?

Nice names but I wasn’t a fan of her writing style. ‘Labyrinth’ was the only one I read in the end. Alais is particularly pretty.

Yes. I’ll admit I had not heard of the book until I found the mini series, but I do love the names she uses.

Prefer [name]Oriane[/name], but like more [name]Orianna[/name].
