Albert or Frank?

Both of these names are family names but I can’t decide whether I should go with [name_m]Albert[/name_m] or [name_m]Frank[/name_m]?

This is tough! I adore [name_u]Frankie[/name_u] and longer forms like [name_m]Franklin[/name_m], but I am not a fan of [name_m]Frank[/name_m] itself. [name_m]Albert[/name_m] is nice enough, and I like [name_u]Albie[/name_u] as a nickname.

[name_m]Albert[/name_m] > [name_m]Frank[/name_m]
Frankie/Franklin > [name_m]Albert[/name_m]

I love [name_m]Albert[/name_m]! I guess I just like -bert names in general, but it sounds so so clean and sophisticated! And [name_u]Albie[/name_u] is absolutely adorable

Does anyone think they sound too old?

You could always use them as a middle name if they are not your style.
Examples: [name_u]Camden[/name_u] [name_m]Frank[/name_m]
[name_u]Declan[/name_u] [name_m]Frank[/name_m]
[name_u]Jasper[/name_u] [name_m]Frank[/name_m]
[name_m]Soren[/name_m] [name_m]Albert[/name_m]
[name_u]Bodhi[/name_u] [name_m]Albert[/name_m]
[name_u]Beckham[/name_u] [name_m]Albert[/name_m]

Thank you for the feedback, I will take that into consideration
