What do you guys think of the names Alexandra or Alexandria?
[name_u]Strong[/name_u], attractive and classic. I personally prefer [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] – I think it’s already a majestic, feminine, powerful sounding name and adding the extra syllable pushes it just a little into “too much” territory for me, but that’s maybe because I generally prefer shorter names. Both are lovely!

[name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] is a favourite of mine such a beautiful regal classic with so much grandeur and elegance. She has a range of different nicknames that suits a wide range of personalities and I feel that [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] is completely underused. [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] holds a soft spot in my heart and is the name of my baby that I lost 
[name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] feels different to [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] the ‘I’ packs a punch to me [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] feels bold and daring she feels edgier and has this quirkiness that [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] doesn’t has. I also like the nickname Ria. She’s cool.
Personally my favourite is [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] but both are stunning

I feel the same way on them. Both are great names but Alexandria feels like one step further than I prefer myself.

I think I’m the odd one out here – but I prefer Alexandria! [name_f]My[/name_f] first association is always with the Library of [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f], so it gives the name an ancient almost mythical vibe that [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] just lacks.
I do tend to prefer the long elaborate girls names with short nickname options (Alex or Ria).
[name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] is my name! so that’s my preference! Though I will say everyone assumes it’s [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] first
