Alice vs Eloise?

I prefer [name]Alice[/name], but [name]Eloise[/name] is charming too-- I know this opinion may not be too helpful, but I’d rather see either of these over another [name]Harper[/name] any day!

It’s funny that all of the comments good and bad about each name that people have posted are the exact good and bad points of each name that excite or bother me. [name]Edith[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] are still options too (and we don’t know what we are having…so it could very well be a [name]Henry[/name]) so who knows. Popularity doesn’t particularly worry me since our son quite a popular name on the rankings and despite that in nearly 3 years we have rarely met another. When we have…I just think they have good taste. Popularity for [name]Alice[/name] only worries me because we know a little [name]Alice[/name] (who lives in another state) and I know a few friends who have it in their top girl names. We’ll just have to wait and see. Being this pregnant was much easier last time without a toddler to contend with and I think I’m over thinking all of this just because it’s something I can control. Can’t control when this baby will finally arrive. Can’t control how tired and achy I feel. But I can worry about the perfect name. Thanks for the replies.
