[name]How[/name] do you feel about the Slavic name [name]Alina[/name] pronounced a-[name]LEE[/name]-na? I came across it, and it sounded kind of pretty.
I think it’s gorgeous! I prefer it to the more popular [name]Alayna[/name]/[name]Alaina[/name]. I know a 2 year old named [name]Alina[/name] Geneiveve, she’s a doll and her name is perfect!
I like [name]Alina[/name], mostly because two of my favourite nn’s are [name]Lina[/name]/[name]Lena[/name] and [name]Allie[/name] and this name allows you to use either!
It is a very pretty name in it’s own right too but will possibly get confused with [name]Elina[/name]/[name]Elena[/name] - not that I think that’s a problem!
I think it’s lovely, shame it’s too close to my own name, otherwise I might consider it. Ha I guess that makes me sound really vain!
I love the name [name]Alina[/name]! It is a beautiful Russian name, and would go well with a classic middle name, such as [name]Catherine[/name] or [name]Victoria[/name].
Very pretty!
[name]Alina[/name] is a stunning name! So exquisite!
I love [name]Alina[/name]. It is very pretty and quite underused.
I would not even consider [name]Alina[/name] but I would consider [name]Elena[/name], [name]Ellen[/name], [name]Elin[/name], [name]Ainsley[/name].
I like [name]Alina[/name] but wonder if it would be mispronounced with a long I? [name]Al[/name]-eye-na is a large medical group in my area so it’s more commonly heard that way. And I don’t think [name]Al[/name]-eye-na is nearly as pretty as A-[name]LEE[/name]-na. But I do know a young girl, I think her mother is Russian, who is [name]Alina[/name] and it’s very pretty.
^^ For what it’s worth, I would never get to uh-leye-nuh from [name]Alina[/name]. Always uh-lee-nuh.
I knew an [name]Alina[/name] in college.
[name]Alina[/name] is one of the names we are considering to include in our baby girls name. She is due in February. It is such a pretty name!
I like [name]Alina[/name] but I prefer Aliona (like the pro of SCD)
I think [name]Alina[/name] is very pretty. I prefer [name]Elena[/name] pronounced Eh-lay-nuh. [name]Alina[/name] looks pretty too! I have a friend who is probably going to use [name]Elena[/name] so I don’t think I could use [name]Alina[/name], but it would fit nicely on my list I think.
