Amelia or Mia?

[name_f]My[/name_f] vote is for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Mia[/name_f]

I vote [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Mia[/name_f]. She doesn’t really NEED options, but it’s nice to have them! I know I always hated that my name ([name_u]Ashley[/name_u]) didn’t really ever get nicknamed, and now that it does, I really only have one option, [name_u]Ash[/name_u]. I would have liked to have more options, and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] certainly has options! I agree that it sounds better with a short, one-syllable surname, too.

And for what it’s worth, [name_f]Mia[/name_f] is ranked at number six, which is still significantly more popular than [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is! It amused me that some seemed to imply that [name_f]Mia[/name_f] was better just because it was less popular, haha.

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] adds so much depth to [name_f]Mia[/name_f], too. [name_f]Mia[/name_f] is spunky and youthful and fun and sweet, but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is timeless and classy and almost regal. I love how much depth it creates when putting the two together.
