My husband and I are going back and forth between [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] (we’d call her [name_f]Millie[/name_f]) and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] or [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Livvy[/name_f]). I’m leaning towards [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] but don’t like how popular [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is right now. My husband slightly prefers [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. We are both fine with either though. We both really loved [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] but last name is [name_m]Evans[/name_m] and I don’t think I can handle her initials being “APE” . Thoughts??
I don’t care for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], though I adore [name_f]Amalia[/name_f]. [name_u]Blair[/name_u] is okay, but it seems somewhat harsh (if you know what I mean?) when paired with a sweet, gentle name like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Amalia[/name_f]???). While I do like old-fashioned, classic names, I can’t get onto [name_f]Millie[/name_f], for some reason. I agree with you on how popular [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is right now. I don’t really care for it. My sister has about 4 friends with that name, and it gets very confusing. (I do like the peppy [name_f]Olive[/name_f], though.) [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] is alright, but it doesn’t seem sweet enough for my taste (although it seems great for you). As for the initial problem (yes, pun intended), Few people know my middle name (even though I love it), so if I had the problem… It wouldn’t be too much of a problem. Does the baby have any siblings? That might help me help you. If I could pick any combo out of the names you offered, I would pick [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]. Good luck deciding! [name_f]Hope[/name_f] I could help!
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is admittedly quite popular, but its such a pretty name. Maybe its just where I am, but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is increasingly common too, so not sure popularity is a major difference between the two. I think I prefer [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] of all the names you’ve listed.
You’ve been really helpful! I agree with [name_u]Blair[/name_u]. I love the name but the harshness is why I haven’t been able to settle with it yet. Another option we’ve been toying with is [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], but I have a friend who just named her daughter that a few weeks ago so I feel weird using it now…
Two brothers, [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Ryan[/name_u] and [name_f]Kace[/name_f] [name_m]Anthony[/name_m], and a sister, [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I’d choose [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u]. I don’t really like [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] but I think [name_f]Olive[/name_f] is very cute.
Oh, cute names! Some other first names (just to throw it out there) you might like are [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], or [name_u]Harper[/name_u]. [name_u]Blair[/name_u] doesn’t seem to fit with the name scheme you’ve been going with for middles. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is really cute, and I think it would work super well with both [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I understand your situation with the friend’s new daughter. Although it depends on how good of friends you are, I wouldn’t use [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I agree that it would be weird. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] would be fine to use, though, in my opinion.
I prefer [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. Both are really popular but I definitely know of less Amelias than Olivias. And [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is so so sweet! Plus I personally feel like it’d age better than [name_f]Livvy[/name_f], maybe because [name_f]Millie[/name_f] has history as a given name.
What about [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Blythe[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Fae[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Fern[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]?
Are you settled on [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]/[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] or looking for suggestions? If yes: [name_f]Amelie[/name_f], [name_f]Ariana[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f], [name_f]Arielle[/name_f], [name_f]Belle[/name_f], [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], [name_f]Brielle[/name_f], [name_f]Calla[/name_f], [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f], [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u], [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], [name_u]Eloise[/name_u], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_f]Estelle[/name_f], [name_f]Estella[/name_f], [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], [name_f]Fiona[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Harlow[/name_f], [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], [name_f]Helena[/name_f], [name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], [name_f]Juliette[/name_f], [name_f]Louisa[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Liora[/name_f], [name_f]Mae[/name_f], [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Mallory[/name_f], [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], [name_f]Olympia[/name_f], [name_f]Olive[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f], [name_f]Tessa[/name_f], [name_f]Thea[/name_f], [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Viola[/name_f], [name_u]Winter[/name_u], [name_f]Zara[/name_f]
Something about [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] puts me off, but I can’t figure out why. I adore [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] though, it’s lovely.
Both are beautiful but I’d lean slightly more towards [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] more than [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]. Both [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] are very popular so if you wanted a less popular option I’d with [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] over [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Emmy[/name_f]. I actually like it more but you can’t go wrong with any of your choices. They are all beautiful.

Both [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] & [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] are popular choices. My favourite out of the two is definitely [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] I think it’s just spunkier choice & sounds sophisticated. I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] it’s just fresh! I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] (prefer [name_u]Blaire[/name_u] spelling wise) it’s cute and [name_u]Blair[/name_u] is surprising middle name choice. Really great!
I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]! It’s such a sweet, pretty name. Not sure about [name_f]Paige[/name_f] as the mn though.
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is a bit too popular a name in my opinion – it’s lost all its personality for me, but [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] on the other hand is super cute! I think you could definitely name her [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] with that being her first name! Or perhaps [name_f]Lyvia[/name_f] with nickname [name_f]Livvy[/name_f].
I like both names, but with an [name_u]Emerson[/name_u], I think I would pick [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Livvy[/name_f].
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] is my favourite! [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is much too popular for my liking.
I was going to suggest [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], but then I saw you had a daughter [name_u]Emerson[/name_u]. I think that would be too close. Would you consider [name_f]Adeline[/name_f], [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Annelie[/name_f], [name_f]Annora[/name_f]? I do like the two vowel sounds together and I think they each sound like a good match for the subset. [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] could be nicknamed [name_f]Addie[/name_f]; and [name_f]Annelie[/name_f] and [name_f]Annora[/name_f] could be nicknamed [name_f]Annie[/name_f]. I like the names [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] as middle names.
Both are very popular so that is neither here or there I think. I prefer [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
Both are lovely, but slightly prefer [name_f]Amelia[/name_f].
Would you consider adding a second middle to [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f] to avoid the unfortunate initials?
I think [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] would be adorable. Both [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] are so cute though you can’t go wrong. I feel like they have different feels though. In my opinion [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is more sweet and cutesy and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is a little stronger.
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I love both names, but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] slightly more. It’s so smart, strong & feminine, but still very sweet & kind. Especially w/the nn [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. Also, [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] sounds way better w/your last name. I find [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] so so cute, but [name_f]LiVVy[/name_f] [name_m]EVans[/name_m] doesn’t flow as well in my opinion.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
Both are pretty, but I still find [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] to have a bit more personality, although I might be biased
