What are your thoughts on the name [name_f]Amity[/name_f] as a boys name, most likely a middle name?
Is it too feminine?
It is very feminine but you could probably use it as a middle name
If people don’t mind Ames and [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] on a man, I don’t see how [name_f]Amity[/name_f] is very different. I would be very happy to meet a little man named [name_f]Amity[/name_f].
I don’t think [name_f]Amity[/name_f] is a clearly feminine name but I suspect it will become more popular for girls over the next few years as people start to look for alternatives to [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_u]Ellery[/name_u] and the like. So I think it does work as a boy’s name, but it might be a better choice to put it in the middle slot. Your combo [name_u]Beau[/name_u] [name_f]Amity[/name_f] is lovely.
