An Italian AND Israeli baby girl

Posting this for a friend in need of help!
She and her husband are expecting baby number 3 and are in a bit of a pickle with names. He is from [name_m]Israel[/name_m], and it is very important to him that their child have a name that is tied to the Jewish faith. She is a first generation Italian-American, so a name of cultural significance is important to her.
Initially, they opted not to find out the sex, but they were having such a hard time coming up with names that they decided to find out. [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Girl is due in [name_f]February[/name_f]!
(the child’s middle name will be the same as her siblings - mom’s maiden name, which rhymes with Chianti)

Older siblings are named [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_m]Raphael[/name_m] (which are both Italian and Jewish)

[name_f]TIA[/name_f]!

[name_f]Amalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] (I think this would be perfect!)
[name_f]Dalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Edna[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Eva[/name_f]
[name_f]Liz[/name_f]
[name_f]Mara[/name_f]
[name_u]Paz[/name_u]
[name_f]Sara[/name_f]
[name_f]Talia[/name_f]
[name_f]Tamara[/name_f]
[name_f]Uma[/name_f]

I think all of these names can work both in Italian and Hebrew without changing the pronounciation significantly. [name_f]Aria[/name_f], [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_m]Raphael[/name_m] sound specially good imo, but the others can go too!

I’m more familiar with Hebrew names than Italian, but I believe these work in both:

[name_f]Alma[/name_f]
[name_f]Arianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Carmela[/name_f]
[name_f]Daria[/name_f]
[name_f]Dina[/name_f]
[name_f]Gabriella[/name_f]
[name_f]Liana[/name_f]
[name_f]Livia[/name_f]

+1 for [name_f]Livia[/name_f]

Also:
[name_f]Doveva[/name_f]
[name_f]Galilea[/name_f]
[name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]
[name_f]Adina[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabra[/name_f]
[name_f]Penina[/name_f]
[name_f]Dalia[/name_f] / [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]
[name_f]Adina[/name_f]
[name_f]Susanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Zara[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]
[name_f]Leora[/name_f]
[name_f]Norah[/name_f]

I vote for [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f], nn [name_u]Gabi[/name_u]

[name_m]How[/name_m] about the name [name_f]Indira[/name_f]

I have to suggest Ruhamah. So pretty and I really love the meaning.

I know more about Israeli names than Italian, but my first thoughts were:

[name_f]Ella[/name_f]
[name_f]Daniella[/name_f]
[name_f]Talia[/name_f]
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Alma[/name_f]
[name_f]Maya[/name_f]
[name_f]Noa[/name_f]
[name_u]Dana[/name_u]
[name_f]Amalia[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f]/[name_f]Noemi[/name_f]
[name_u]Elia[/name_u]

i’m an actual italian jew so this is relevant to me. btw elena is NOT a jewish name (elana or ilana would be, but elena has greek roots) and raphael is not italian (raffaele would be, while other -el names are quite common). [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] those names though! raphael especially is one of my very faves.

some hebrew names that you actually hear in italy are:

amos
miriam
ruben
sabra
elia (for a boy)
lia (for a girl)
talia
gadi
gabriel/daniel/samuel
joseph (pronounced the israeli way)
eitan
jael
micol (like nicole with a m)
tamar
joel
nathan
noah

i personally italian jews with these names, while the last 3 are biblical names getting very common in italy in the last years. hope it’s helpful!

Thanks to everyone for all of the responses! (I know I am delayed in responding, I was finishing my graduate program the past few months and burrowed myself into school). However, I did show [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] these responses - baby [name_f]Daniella[/name_f], nickname [name_u]Danya[/name_u] was born on [name_f]February[/name_f] 22nd. [name_f]Lia[/name_f]/[name_f]Leah[/name_f] was a close second choice, however they both felt that it was too close to [name_f]Elena[/name_f]'s name.
