[name_m]Angel[/name_m] → feels modern and cool. I imagine an independent, confident teenager living in [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_m]York[/name_m] City.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angela[/name_f] → dated but still classic. I imagine a teen in the 70s, in a turtleneck and skirt, holding her school books. I also think of [name_f]Angela[/name_f] from The Office
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angelia[/name_f] → honestly I read this as Anglia like the geographic region [name_m]East[/name_m] Anglia. I find it a little hard to pronounce, and I don’t have a specific vision for it. It also makes me think of cats for some reason?
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angeline[/name_f] → sweet, soft, and elegant. One of my favorites of these names.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angelina[/name_f] → I think of [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] [name_f]Ballerina[/name_f]. Unfortunately it’s not my favorite because I knew multiple Angelinas growing up who all happened to be spoiled and bratty and it’s tainted the name for me
[name_f][/name_f] I didn’t actually think of [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] until I read your paragraph (I assume that’s who you mean) but I agree she’s a prominent association.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angelique[/name_f] → cool, elegant, [name_m]French[/name_m], and sort of movie-starrish. Another one of my favorites from this list.
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Angelica[/name_f] → reminds me of the herb, [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m], and a former classmate who was very sweet and quiet. I’m actually not sure who the celebrity association for [name_f]Angelica[/name_f] would be, unless you mean the [name_m]Hamilton[/name_m] character? This is probably my favorite from the list.
[name_f][/name_f]
Overall, [name_f]Angelica[/name_f], [name_f]Angeline[/name_f], and [name_f]Angelique[/name_f] are my favorites. I also think [name_m]Angie[/name_m] is such a cute and fun nickname, if a little retro or dated. For some other [name_m]Angel[/name_m] names than don’t actually start with [name_m]Angel[/name_m], I think the Portuguese Elisangela and [name_f]Rosangela[/name_f] are also very pretty, and I like [name_f]Evangelina[/name_f] as well.
[name_f][/name_f]
For your final question, I think [name_f]Angeline[/name_f] ‘Angel’ would get my vote, but it’s close with [name_f]Angelique[/name_f]. I don’t dislike [name_m]Angel[/name_m] on its own, but I prefer a longer name.
