I’m looking for good angel names for my book. Its based in the furture so Im trying to find more futeristic name The mood in the book is wartime struggle with demons and angels. [name]Ive[/name] come up with these already but i cant seem to find a strong male charater name. The male is a angel who looks to be 20 years old and is a skilled fighter that falls in love with another angel, [name]April[/name].

I really like the sound of some of the names you’ve listed though. Particularly Liziya, Xaveil, Archer and Faron.

I thought of [name]Ezekiel[/name] first. Is that an angel name? I’m not sure if it is just that in another book I read there was and [name]Ezekiel[/name] angel. [name]Zeke[/name] is a good nickname.
Thanks i mostly found the names online when i was searching names of angels but i changed to way they where spelled. I love the name [name]Ezekiel[/name] it fits perfect!

You might want to look into some more classic Biblical names, like [name]Gabriel[/name] (which you already have, but I can’t think of any others at the moment!). If you want to give them a more futuristic twist, you could look into anagramming some of them, or maybe switching out some letters. This is a wonderful resource for foreignising names and making them sound a bit more “fantasy”. Pick and choose sounds carefully, and you could come up with a real futuristic-sounding name.

They sounded a bit angelic/demonic to me. I wasn’t trying to be gender specific or character specific or anything like that, just throwing a brush over the genre.
And I’m not sure if this will be of any use to you, but as long as you’re trying to make up ancient-sounding angel and demon names, tho that might not be quite the line of thought you were on. You might find some inspiration from this… it’s a tool I’ve used before:
