These are both names I am really fond of and I’d like to know vibes others get from them.

Our surname is Bellagio-Ambrosius

So it would be Angelina Bellagio-Ambrosius or Valentina Bellagio-Ambrosius

I think [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] has a little more edge. But i love the “angel” aspect of [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] :angel:t3:

I don’t know where you live, but where I am, [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] would get shortened to Ang/Angie and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] would get shortened to [name_u]Val[/name_u]

[name_f]Italy[/name_f], [name_u]Germany[/name_u] and [name_u]New[/name_u] [name_u]York[/name_u]

I’ve never heard a nickname for [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] or [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] in [name_u]Germany[/name_u] but [name_u]Vale[/name_u] is the nn for [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] in [name_f]Italy[/name_f] and in [name_u]New[/name_u] [name_u]York[/name_u] I’d still expect [name_u]Vale[/name_u] or [name_u]Val[/name_u]. I’ve also heard of simply “V” which I like.

Both are vampy and glamorous, but [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] always makes me think “Jolie,” so I’d go with [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] since [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is so tied to the celebrity.

Both are lovely but I like the sharp, stylish, swish vibe of [name_f]Valentina[/name_f]

Both are gorgeous!

But I do prefer [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] she just feels bolder, more impactful and I love the romance of the name.

do you think the ballet dancer, equestrian, fencer, overachieving type can pull off [name_f]Valentina[/name_f]? I’m asking because this describes most of the girls in our family

yes! I feel like [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] fits better than [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] then as i picture [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] as elegant and imo i’ve never seen a fencer/equestrian being elegant

Yes, to me [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] seems like a quiet, studious girl, whereas [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is upbeat and bouncy. (Both in good ways)
