Anita how well does it fit with....

Does [name]Anita[/name] go with [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name]?

I love the name [name]Anita[/name]. We already have a daughter [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. [name]Do[/name] you think it would fit with her name? We would possibly call her [name]Annie[/name]. Possible combos would be:
[name]Anita[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]… number one on my list
[name]Anita[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Anita[/name] [name]Frances[/name]
[name]Anita[/name] [name]Mae[/name]

Thoughts?

Well, they seem like totally different styles. But on the other hand, they share the “Vowel, consonant, vowel, consonant, vowel” pattern, so that kind of helps them seem united. [name]Even[/name] if they don’t go together perfectly well, I wouldn’t let that stop me from using [name]Anita[/name]. I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Anita[/name] so much! It’s so cute and retro! I would be beyond thrilled to meet a little [name]Anita[/name]!

What about using a more modern middle name? I think that would make it go better with [name]Emery[/name]. That said, I think all your combos are very nice except for [name]Anita[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], the vowels up against each other make it kind of difficult to sayl

Thanks! [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] is a bit more modern but since [name]Emery[/name] is a family surname it doesn’t feel trendy to me. I do understand to others it does. I love [name]Anita[/name] because it is short but stands strong. We call our daughter [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] most of the time and I think [name]Anita[/name] stands well on it’s own next to it. What about if I gave her a surname in the middle? [name]Anita[/name] Larrabee or [name]Anita[/name] McBride or [name]Anita[/name] Benefield? My husband and I have no others girls names we can agree on! Boys we have narrowed down to basically [name]Byron[/name] or [name]Jasper[/name].

Oh my goodness! I remember Larrabee! What a fantastic surname! I think [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Anita[/name] Larrabee are perfect together! I love that they would both have a family surname. You could call her [name]Anita[/name] [name]Bee[/name], maybe? [name]Emery[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Anita[/name] [name]Bee[/name]? Amazing!

I love [name]Jasper[/name]! [name]Emery[/name] and [name]Jasper[/name] are so great together!

I agree, [name]Anita[/name] Larabee is fantastic! I even like Annabee as a fun around-the-house nn. Great name!

[name]Byron[/name] and [name]Jasper[/name] are both nice as well. I think [name]Byron[/name] edges out slightly for me b/c of the Twilight thing with [name]Jasper[/name].

Ooo! [name]Anita[/name], what a great choice!
I think it sounds just fine with [name]Emery[/name], wouldn’t think twice about that.

Thanks everyone! I just found out today we will be expecting number 2 in [name]December[/name]!! [name]Anita[/name] Larrabee is now my top choice! If it is a boy we will most likely use a surname in the middle as well.

Congrats on the new baby! I love [name]Anita[/name] and I think it goes very well with [name]Emery[/name].

Good luck with the pregnancy!

Thanks! Any other suggestions?
