i like the name Anna Eliza instead of Elizabeth and would like to use the petname Anneliese, do you think that that could work? thank you!
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is pretty a fun loving nod to an [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] I also like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a second middle name she provides pretty floral connotations. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] feels vintage and pretty.
[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] doesn’t work as a nickname she’s completely separate name with a totally different flair and feels odd as a nickname for [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] nickname should be [name_f]Annie[/name_f] that has the right feel.
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a gorgeous combo!
[name_f]My[/name_f] only concern is that [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] sounds a smidge like ‘analyser’? [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] with the ‘ee’ sound avoids that…
Maybe just go with [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]?
That could work. Im not sure if you mean a pet name but I think you might have a hard time getting other people to use a nickname thats longer than [name_f]Anna[/name_f].
I personally think [name_u]Anne[/name_u] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] flows better. I do not see that nn working out at all it’s a name all on its own. If you’re thinking of that as a nickname I’d just go with the nickname.
yes pet name! thank you xxx
I think it could work!
anna runs into eliza when i say it
maybe
anne eliza
or
eliza anna
ir alizee
@princessballerine I am very partial to both [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. These are such beautiful choices! However, I agree with @tori101 in that [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] are separate names. For me personally, it would be confusing to go from a short name to a longer pet name. Some suggestions you may like:
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (Anna also means grace)
[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Elise[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (Elise has a similar look and sound to Anneliese) I’m not sure if the similar sounds in [name_f]Elise[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are a problem? If so you may not want to go with the suggestion that puts them next to each other!
I really love [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] for you.
What this comes down to is that you have to choose whatever you love the most. I know whatever you choose will be perfect for you! If you LOVE [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f], then 100%, go for that! In the scheme of things you can make a nickname/pet name whatever you want. Follow your heart! I hope this helps!
