I’d like to know people’s thoughts on whether they prefer [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] or [name_m]Antonio[/name_m]? Is [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] too common? Is [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] a bit too much? First name has to be one of the two.
I’d also like some middle name suggestions. If we go with [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] we would like a middle name not ending in an O. We currently like [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_u]Maurice[/name_u]. If we go with [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] we would like a middle name that is a bit more Italian, like [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] [name_m]Lorenz[/name_m]. We really like Italian and Latin names.
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m]! [name_u]Love[/name_u] that name~ (Also might be biased because [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is a family name with no appeal to me and [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] is one of my favs)
I also second an earlier suggestion of [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_m]Giovanni[/name_m]
Other suggestions:
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_m]Cassius[/name_m]
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_m]Julius[/name_m]
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_m]Aurelius[/name_m]
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_u]Andrea[/name_u] (Not sure how usable it is where you live, but it’s in the top ten Italian boy names)
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] [name_m]Santi[/name_m]
[name_m]Antonio[/name_m] Cione
I actually like [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] better. I think when I read [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] I say it in my head with a thick Italian [name_m]New[/name_m] Yorker accent… Both are great options!
