My preferred pronunciation is [name_f]ANN[/name_f]-tuh-nia, like in [name_f]Willa[/name_f] Cather’s book “My ”ntonia.” But that has the accent mark, and I’m not sure whether that’s a well-known association.
I only see one way to say it. An-Tone-EE-uh
I doubt it would get much mispronunciation.
