I pronounce [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] with the th sound. While both names are great I slightly prefer [name_m]Antonio[/name_m], as I have met plenty of [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]'s in real life, but have not met an [name_m]Antonio[/name_m].
Antonio Edwards flows easier for me. However, I prefer Anthony. I say it with a Th sound.
I prefer [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]. [name_m]Antonio[/name_m] has always felt like a bit “much” to me. I pronounce [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] with the th sound. If you’re going for the t sound, you could do [name_m]Antony[/name_m].
I prefer [name_m]Antonio[/name_m], but [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] flows better with Edwards. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite Ant- name is [name_m]Anton[/name_m]. I pronounce [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] with the ‘th’ sound.
