I would instinctively say “[name_u]ALLIE[/name_u]-enna” or maybe “AY-lee-enna” with this spelling, which I think is pretty! I’m not so fond of UH-lee-anne-uh, and I don’t know what spelling would get me to say “UH” for the first syllable besides something like Uhlianna which is obviously horrible, haha. Anything with an “A” I feel inclined to say “ah” like [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] or “ay” like [name_f]April[/name_f].
I can’t see anything but Alien when I look at it. Maybe change the spelling to get the pronunciation you want. [name_f]Alianna[/name_f]? Aleanna?Alliana?
I think the sound of the name is pretty, but, yeah; all I can see is Alien! 
To get your pronunciation I would spell it Aalianna. I’d pronounce [name_f]Aliena[/name_f] [name_m]AL[/name_m]-lee-en-uh if not AY-lee-en-uh. Can’t get past “alien,” not so much in meaning (we name people [name_f]Barbara[/name_f] after all) as in pronunciation.
I actually pronounce this ah-lee-ayn-uh, which I love in terms of sound. But the word “alien” is just too prominent for this to function outside of a Shakespearean play, in my opinion.
The sound is very pretty, the character [name_f]Aliena[/name_f] in Pillars of the [name_f]Earth[/name_f] was [name_f]Ally[/name_f]-ain-uh I believe. I find it to difficult to use because of Alien teasing potential

I agree with the PPs that [name_f]Aliena[/name_f] does have a pretty sound, but the word alien being in it is a bit of a downer. I pronounce it ay-lee-en-ah, which was how my English teacher pronounced it.

I do see the appeal but personally prefer [name_f]Alina[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f], and [name_f]Alaina[/name_f].
[name_f]Aliena[/name_f] has a nice sound but I don’t think it works in English because of first five letters. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Aliana[/name_f]?
