so right now I’m loving the idea of twins named [name_f]Athena[/name_f] and [name_f]Amara[/name_f], but are they close?
not really. They’re close enough to be twins but not too close to be mistaken. [name_u]Love[/name_u] them soooo much!
I thought that, but I wasn’t sure
I think they are quite distint! Both strong A names, with beautiful meanings, but different sounds.
I don’t think they are too close! They share similarities but feel distinctive a lovely twin set
I don’t think that they’re too close at all! I think they would make lovely sister (or twin sister) names!
They don’t seem too close to me! Yes, they both start and end with A, but the middle section of each name are very different. I think the fact that they give me different vibes than each other makes them more distinct.
No, they’re both gorgeous and work really well together!
I don’t think they’re too close. They sound like sisters, but not like overly matchy twin names (like a pair I heard of called [name_u]Stacy[/name_u] and [name_u]Tracy[/name_u], that would be too similar). I like [name_f]Athena[/name_f] and [name_f]Amara[/name_f] together.
No, they are not too close by sound and they are actually so different stylistically (in a good way!)
You are fine.
They are matchy, but sound-wise, they’re distinct enough from each other
(plus, different sounding nicknames separate them - [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Mara[/name_f], [name_f]Affie[/name_f] and [name_f]Amy[/name_f] etc)
No, I wouldn’t consider them close at all. They obviously start and end with a but that’s where the similarity begins and ends.
I think they would be great twin names.
no, i don’t think they’re too close !! they look quite similar written down, but have clearly distinctive sounds, and complement each other well. i think they would make good twins.
Not too close at all if you don’t mind matchy initials which you obviously don’t. Despite both starting and ending in A and having same cadence / syllable count, the contrasting sounds make them very distinct.
They are cohesive(ish), but not matchy. They would work very well as siblings.
