Can Malachi be used when his first cousin is named Micah?
- They’re very different and work for cousins
- They’re similar but it’s still useable
- I’m split down the middle so I’m unsure
- They’re similar enough that it’s unusable
- They’re almost the same name so they don’t work for cousins
[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
I think that [name_m]Micah[/name_m] & [name_m]Malachi[/name_m] would be a tad close for brothers, but totally fine for cousins. I have two little nephews (who are cousins) who are close in age & hang out all of the time called [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] & [name_m]Kieran[/name_m]. It’s my go to example that cousins with similar names working with no problem.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

100% fine for cousins!! While they have some of the same sounds and are both Biblical, they sound distinct from each other and have pretty different vibes to me too!

Usable, though I’d be prepared for occasional mix-ups/comments about how similar they are
