We have an [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and his baby brother is due in a few weeks. I’m pretty partial to [name_u]August[/name_u], my husband is amenable to it. Wondering if people think [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u] are too similar as a sibling set? Also would love middle name suggestions… Big bro is [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m]. I’m thinking [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m], [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]Noel[/name_u], or??? I also like [name_m]Calvin[/name_m], [name_u]Jude[/name_u], [name_m]Julian[/name_m], [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] as alternative first names. My husband is less keen on those. Thanks!

I think it works well. I like it paired with [name_m]David[/name_m]. [name_m]John[/name_m] would be a nice middle name for [name_u]August[/name_u] too. Good luck.

I also think they make for a perfect sibset. Both begin with A, sure, but both different sounds. With [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m], I love [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u], but from [name_m]David[/name_m] and [name_u]Noel[/name_u], my favourite is [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m].
I think [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u] work for siblings. I like [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m] the most from your given middle name choices but I also like the idea of using [name_u]August[/name_u] with [name_u]Jude[/name_u].

I’d like to see a classic middle to match [name_m]William[/name_m]; [name_m]David[/name_m] feels perfect, or else something like [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], [name_m]Robert[/name_m], [name_m]Edward[/name_m], [name_m]Frederick[/name_m], [name_m]George[/name_m], [name_m]Louis[/name_m], [name_m]Charles[/name_m]…
