Athena nn Nina?

Does this work at all? I was thinking about nicknames for [name_f]Athena[/name_f] and I really love [name_f]Nina[/name_f] so it’s a great way to use two names I love!

I think it works! I wouldn’t automatically connect the two because [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is a very solid stand alone name but I actually like them paired up.

Thanks for the response! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think spelling it [name_f]Nena[/name_f] would link the two names better?

I think it works - very sweet! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the name [name_f]Nina[/name_f], and this is a great way to get there

I would keep it as [name_f]Nina[/name_f]. Unusual spelling, even in nn, stinks.

I think it works. I would use the spelling [name_f]Nina[/name_f].

It is a pretty name with a cute nickname!

Super cute!

I think it fits perfectly. I wouldn’t have thought of [name_f]Nina[/name_f] initially but seeing the two next to each other feels like they belong together.

I had never considered [name_f]Nina[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Athena[/name_f]. I think it’s very sweet and unexpected. [name_f]Athena[/name_f] is on our short list and definitely our first choice for a daughter. I love it paired with the vintage “[name_f]Thea[/name_f]”. You can’t go wrong either way.

I love [name_f]Athena[/name_f] and the nicknames [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Thea[/name_f] work well with it.

[name_u]Love[/name_u] it! Definitely works.

It definitely works! I’m kinda mad that I never thought of it hahaha.
Seriously though. [name_f]Athena[/name_f] is such a great name, and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is the cutest.

Absolutely works! Two knockout names out of one! I’m loving [name_f]Athena[/name_f] and urge you to use it!
