I’m nowhere close to having children, but I love thinking of possible names! I love the sound of the name Aubrey, but really don’t like the spelling. Aubree looks better to me visually, but I still don’t love it, and I just wonder if it’s too cutesy for a teen/adult? If there are any other spellings, I’d love to see, and if you have any suggestions on similar names that would be awesome too! Thank you!
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] is adorable!
[name_f]My[/name_f] friend has a little sister named [name_f]Aubree[/name_f] and it fits her like a glove. She made me love it! I personally prefer that spelling over any others - it definitely doesn’t feel too ‘cutesy’. I think it’s one of those that can suit anyone!
Another spelling is [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f], however my fave is [name_f]Aubree[/name_f]!
I like [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] or [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f] a lot better than [name_f]Aubree[/name_f], personally - the -ee does feel cutesy - but it’s a really nice name! I get friendly, adventurous vibes from it!
I know an [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f] IRL!
[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] or [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f]
I prefer [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] / [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f] to [name_f]Aubree[/name_f], as I’m not generally a fan of “-ee” endings.
[name_f]Aubrie[/name_f] might be a better choice, as I suspect [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] would often get mistaken for Audrey… plus [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f] just looks cute & fresh!
I actually like [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] and [name_f]Aubree[/name_f] about equally. I’m not normally a fan of -ee endings, but [name_f]Aubree[/name_f] seems like a fun and spunky spelling that doesn’t compromise its ability to be a “grown up” name too! Maybe because “bree” is also a name?
I like [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]!
I would say for spellings [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] or [name_f]Aubrie[/name_f]. [name_f]Aubree[/name_f] works too, but doesn’t work as well for me for some reasons.
I think Aubree works just fine if you like it better!
Aubrie, Aubri, Aubriegh maybe?
