I recently saw the name [name]Audie[/name], and thought it was so unusual…I can’t help but consider it as a possible girl name, now.
[name]Do[/name] you think it’s ok as a first name, or better as a nickname?
If used as a nn, what are some first names we could use to get [name]Audie[/name] from??
When I was a little girl, there was this teenage girl who everyone called [name]Audi[/name]. She was super popular and everyone loved her name! Her full name was [name]Audrey[/name]. That’s the only name I can think of right now that would produce the nn [name]Audie[/name].
I think that [name]Audie[/name] is cute, but I prefer it as a nickname. Besides [name]Audrey[/name], there’s [name]Audra[/name]… I’ve heard of Audeline, but I can’t seem to find any information on it… If you don’t mind a stretch, there’s also [name]Adela[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name], [name]Adele[/name], [name]Adelina[/name], [name]Adeline[/name], and [name]Autumn[/name]…
You may also like [name]Claudie[/name] (French version of [name]Claudia[/name], but it would also work as a nickname), [name]Lottie[/name] (nickname for [name]Charlotte[/name] or [name]Carlotta[/name]?), and [name]Maudie[/name] (nickname for [name]Maud[/name] or [name]Matilda[/name]?)
