Thoughts? Is it usable in real life? Does it sound pretentious? Nickname possibilities?
My father’s middle name was [name_m]Aurelius[/name_m] (or actually Aureliusz, the Polish variant). I’d say it is usable, though not necessarily in the set my grandparents did use it ([name_m]Marcus[/name_m] [name_m]Aurelius[/name_m] / [name_m]Marek[/name_m] Aureliusz). As for nicknames… [name_u]Lee[/name_u], Rel, [name_u]Ari[/name_u]?

Definitely usable. [name_m]Maximus[/name_m], [name_m]Julius[/name_m], [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], and [name_m]Darius[/name_m] are in the top 500, so why not?
I like it a lot, and with a cute nn like [name_u]Ari[/name_u] it doesn’t seem “pretentious” at all. The full name might be a bit much for a small child but the right person will make it his own. [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] is being used a lot more for girls now, so why not this? I do slightly prefer [name_m]Aurelian[/name_m] though, and it seems a tad more usable to me.
