Hey all! I haven’t started a post in AGES! After I named a real baby, I had to stop thinking about baby names for a while, but I most likely will be looking for a sibling for [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] this spring so I get to start again.
My challenge, however, is that after naming [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] and using my two favorite names, nothing else feels right. I’ve decided I want to incorporate [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] somehow, as it is a perfect smoosh of both grandmothers. I’m leaning towards making it a middle name, as then both sisters would have a 3 syllable middle, but I’d love to see if you all can come up with something that feels like a sister for a [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_f]Milena[/name_f], with [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] as a first…
My signature has a few of my favorites, but not limited to that of course. [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] is my husband’s favorite name and he is campaigning hard for it because we used my favorite with [name_f]Zoe[/name_f].
My only real requirement is that it HAS to be a name that can be pronounced easily in English and Spanish WITHOUT reverting to the Spanish/English equivalent. So, no [name_f]Mary[/name_f]/[name_f]Mar[/name_f]ía. Of course, it would be lovely if it sounded good with [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] as well.

[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] is a definite possibility. I just prefer [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] so I wanted some other options.
@caralion I love your suggestions but unfortunately they don’t work in Spanish very well. [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is off our list due to my daughter [name_f]Zoe[/name_f].
W/your first daughter’s name being [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], using [name_f]Noemi[/name_f] sounds too rhyme-ey, at least to me, w/both names ending in the -ee sound. Would your husband go for [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]? [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]?
