So, I was shopping earlier today and overheard this woman referring to her two young sons as [name]Brody[/name] and [name]Cole[/name]. Sure, that seems pretty unremarkable- but when the boys started acting up, I learned their full names were Brodicus Trouble and [name]Colon[/name] Spade. (I’m not sure how they’re spelled, of course, but [name]Colon[/name] was definitely pronounced like the body part).
The name nerd in me was so sad. I wish they found nameberry before they named their adorable boys. [name]Just[/name] sayin’.
I feel like that everyday I’m on the train. People just don’t try when naming their kids. Unbelieveable, but hey what can you do but try to advise the next person. I had to help this lady at my school, the name this baby was going to have was so wrong but I wrote her a list and she thanked me for hours. She had never thought of the names. Now I’ll just wait and see what she names the little girl. Fingers crossed!
