You can help us by telling us good names and bad and change them around if you please. We want our kids names to be proper and stylish. Thank you for all your help it is greatly appreciated! I almost forgot the names have to sound good with our 1 other daughters names. [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name].

THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN!
[name]Demitrius[/name] [name]Elijah[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Grace[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

My favorites for girls are [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] and [name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name].
For boys I love [name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name].

With [name]Evangeline[/name], I think [name]Penelope[/name] and [name]Quentin[/name] work the best.
But, if I may suggest a different middle name for [name]Penelope[/name]… I think [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] would be great.

[name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name], [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name], and [name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name]

Good luck!

These are the names that I think go well with your daughter’s name:

[name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name] and [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Kelsey[/name]
[name]Daniel[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] and [name]Charles[/name] [name]Patrick[/name]

I think [name]Penelope[/name] fits the best by far with [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name]. However, I am not a fan of [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name]. It has too much “el” sound for me, and the tired, once-trendy [name]Danielle[/name] seems to cheapen [name]Penelope[/name]'s classic beauty. [name]How[/name] about [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Mae[/name], or [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Jane[/name]? All are lovely.

As for the boys, my favorites are [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] and [name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name]. I like [name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] too, as long as the alliteration with [name]Evangeline[/name] doesn’t bother you.

I like these names, but not so much with [name]Evangeline[/name] :
[name]Lily[/name] - short in comparison (perhaps [name]Lillian[/name][a]).
[name]Jane[/name] - short and so classic, too much so next to [name]Evangeline[/name] in my opinion, especially with the traditional [name]Elizabeth[/name] in the middle.
[name]Cecelia[/name] - not if you have already used [name]Cecelia[/name] for [name]Evangeline[/name]'s middle.
[name]Ivy[/name] - short, and sounds very similar to the beginning of [name]Evangeline[/name].
[name]Daniel[/name] - very traditional.
[name]Patrick[/name] - as with [name]Daniel[/name].

I am not so fond of :
[name]Clarissa[/name] - it just sounds frilly to me, in a prissy, rather than feminine, way. That is just my personal opinion, though, and lots of people do like it. Could [name]Kai[/name] be a middle name for a boy? I’m not a fan of gender-swapping names …
[name]Jenette[/name] - it seems dated to me, and [name]Kiana[/name] sounds a little made up, in my opinion.
[name]Kelsey[/name] - very trendy, and much less beautiful and classy than [name]Evangeline[/name], in my opinion.

I love :
[name]Blythe[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - this should really be too short for a sibling to [name]Evangeline[/name], but I love it so much that it has overcome that obstacle, in my mind. It will be a middle for one of our girl/girl twins.
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - just perfect with [name]Evangeline[/name], in length, femininity and classic, vintage feel. Personally, I am not a fan of [name]Danielle[/name]. Of course, if it is to honour someone or the like, ignore my comments, but I find it a little dated. [name]How[/name] about :
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Clarissa[/name].

And for a boy :
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - all of these are brilliant, handsome choices that won’t date. [name]Benjamin[/name] is a personal favourite, and even though both names have three syllables, I think that [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] has nice flow. I also love [name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] ([name]Sebastian[/name] is a slightly less out-there choice which is also nice, but [name]Sylvester[/name] has the edge in my mind) and [name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name].

[name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name], [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] and [name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name].
[name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name], [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] and [name]Sylvester[/name]/[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name].

Good luck!

Since [name]Evangeline[/name] is such a long name, I really can’t see her siblings with monosyllabic or very short names, so that eliminates [name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Blythe[/name] [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mae[/name] for girls…
I really like [name]Lily[/name], [name]Blythe[/name], [name]Ivy[/name] and [name]Mae[/name], but as middle names due to the length of [name]Evangeline[/name].

For boys, [name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] pops out immediately! I [name]LOVE[/name] it! [name]Both[/name] [name]Sylvester[/name] and [name]Barnaby[/name] are offbeat but very familiar, and it
s altogether an awesome combination! I worry however about all the names being three syllables. Second in line is [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name], also two names I love, although [name]Sebastian[/name] is too popular for me to commit to… [name]Bastian[/name] is a less used alternative that I like…

That said, some of the combos are a little heavy. [name]Daniel[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] maybe in particular since the [name]EL[/name] parts are right next to one another. Same with [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] which is also very [name]EL[/name] heavy… [name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] has excellent flow, but [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] and [name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] are moutfuls! I realise they’re no longer than [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name], but they’re too heavy for me…

Some of the names I just don’t like, which is sad, but [name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name] is honestly a bit boring to me, [name]Clarissa[/name] was always too prissy to me, and [name]Kai[/name] is too modern and boyish for me to like it [name]Jenette[/name] is dated and [name]Kiana[/name] is too tryndee along with [name]Kelsey[/name], and I don’t like the recycling in [name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Marie[/name]

Picking apart the whole list, my favourites with [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name] are [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] and [name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Rufus[/name]

Other Combos I like:
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Mae[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Lily[/name] [name]Penelope[/name]
[name]Danielle[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]

[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Ellis[/name]
[name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Ellis[/name]
[name]Daniel[/name] [name]Rufus[/name]
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Matthias[/name]
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Elias[/name]
[name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Ellis[/name]
[name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Charles[/name]
[name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Elias[/name]
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Ellis[/name]
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Sebastian[/name]
[name]Rufus[/name] [name]Quentin[/name]

As replacements for the names I don’t like, I suggest these:
[name]Jenette[/name] - [name]Rosetta[/name], [name]Cosette[/name]
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name] - [name]Patrick[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] or [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Charles[/name]
[name]Clarissa[/name] - [name]Thessaly[/name], [name]Cressida[/name]
[name]Kai[/name] - [name]Kate[/name], [name]Cora[/name]
[name]Kiana[/name] - [name]Quiana[/name] (prn the same way!), [name]Selena[/name], [name]Edana[/name], [name]Roxana[/name]
[name]Kelsey[/name] - [name]Daisy[/name] (or [name]Margaret[/name] nn [name]Daisy[/name] or [name]Maisie[/name]), [name]Josephine[/name] nn [name]Posy[/name], [name]Cadence[/name]

[name]Thos[/name] last suggestions taken into consideration, my choice would be [name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] and [name]Cressida[/name] [name]Mae[/name]
I just love the name [name]Cressida[/name]!

Girls
Since your first daughters name is long, gorgeous, and less common I would first rule out the following:
[name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] (just the combo and [name]Jane[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name] could work with another first name)
[name]Blythe[/name] - All of your girl names are feminine and slightly offbeat while [name]Blythe[/name] sounds very manly and trendy.
[name]Cecelia[/name] - Another that is definitely out since it is already your first daughter’s middle name.
[name]Danielle[/name] - Doesn’t seem to fit with the others either
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mae[/name] - A lovely name but too short with [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Kelsey[/name] [name]Olivia[/name] - It’s cute but no where near as sophistiacated as [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name]

Here are a few of my suggestions:
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Lillith[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Virginia[/name] [name]Rosalie[/name]
[name]Rosalie[/name] [name]Virginia[/name]
[name]Gwendolen[/name] [name]Evadne[/name]
[name]Guinevere[/name] [name]Idalia[/name]
[name]Cassidy[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Virginia[/name] [name]Adelaide[/name]
[name]Margaret[/name] [name]Clementine[/name]

Boys
I loved you boy names, here are my favourites (some with different combinations):
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Patrick[/name]
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Charles[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

I hope that helps, good luck!

[name]Charlotte[/name],

Your daughter, [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name], has a beautiful, classic, vintage name with such lovely feminine charm!

[name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Blythe[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Marie[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Clarissa[/name] [name]Kai[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mae[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Jenette[/name] [name]Kiana[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Kelsey[/name] [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

I think that [name]Kelsey[/name] is too trendy and [name]Jenette[/name] is too dated to pair with [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name]. Also, [name]Lily[/name], [name]Blythe[/name], [name]Jane[/name], and [name]Ivy[/name] feel slightly insubstantial compared to the long and luxurious [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name]! So, my favorites would be [name]Penelope[/name] and [name]Clarissa[/name], considering you’ve already used [name]Cecilia[/name] as a middle name. [name]Clarissa[/name] sounds a bit, well, young to me - “[name]Clarissa[/name] Explains it All” - and I love the flow of [name]Evangeline[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name]. I don’t know if [name]Evangeline[/name] has a nickname, but [name]Penelope[/name] can be called [name]Poppy[/name], which is so cute!

So, [name]Penelope[/name] is hands-down my favorite! However, I’m not thrilled with [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name], as [name]Danielle[/name] feels dated to me. [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name] has such a classic name, so I think [name]Penelope[/name] should, too! [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Maria[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name], [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name], or [name]Penelope[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] are perfect! Like any?

[name]Daniel[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

With sisters [name]Evangeline[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name], [name]Sebastian[/name] feels like the natural choice to me! [name]Seb[/name] is a sweet nickname, too. [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] is great, but I love [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Charles[/name], [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Elias[/name], and [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]August[/name], too!

So, if it were up to me, I’d name [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name]'s twin siblings"

[name]PENELOPE[/name] [name]MARIA[/name] & [name]SEBASTIAN[/name] [name]AUGUST[/name] [name]MORTIMER[/name]

Take care,

[name]Lemon[/name]

[name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - I like this, but too short.
[name]Blythe[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Nice, but again too short.
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Very classic, but a little boring, and also, too short.
[name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Marie[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - But isn’t your other daughter’s name [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name]? Strange…
[name]Clarissa[/name] [name]Kai[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Not a fan.
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - I love [name]Penelope[/name], and [name]Penelope[/name] and [name]Evangeline[/name] are great together. Are you honouring anyone with [name]Danielle[/name]? If not, I would change it. It is very dated.
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mae[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - this is cute, but again, too short with [name]Evangeline[/name].
[name]Jenette[/name] [name]Kiana[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - doesn’t seem classic to me, which is what you said you wanted.
[name]Kelsey[/name] [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - too tryndee, and is already dated.

I like [name]Penelope[/name] the best.

[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Kate[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Jane[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Blythe[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

[name]Daniel[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - okay
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - okay
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - love this one!
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - cute
[name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - okay
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - okay
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - so handsome!

[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] is by far my favourite for a boy. My second pick would be [name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name], it is so handsome and classic, while [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] is more spunky. However, I’m not sure I like [name]SebastiaN[/name] and [name]EvangeliNe[/name]. The two N-endings are not ideal. So that rules our [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Quentin[/name] for me too. [name]Patrick[/name] would be my pick but not with [name]Penelope[/name]. I think I would go with…

[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]
[name]Rufus[/name] [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name]

First of all, amazing job on naming [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Cecelia[/name]! That name combo is too gorgeous!(-: You and your husband have lovely names, as well.

[name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Although your last name is long enough to pull off two short names, [name]Lily[/name] [name]Kate[/name] doesn’t sound quite as accomplished as, say, something longer like [name]Lily[/name] [name]Katerina[/name]. You must be warned: [name]Lily[/name] is extremely popular and still climbing. Some alternatives are [name]Liliosa[/name], [name]Lilias[/name], [name]Lilia[/name], [name]Lola[/name], [name]Elisabeth[/name] “[name]Lilibet[/name],” or [name]Susannah[/name] nn [name]Lily[/name] (it means “lily”).
[name]Blythe[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Blythe[/name] is such a cool, collected name and [name]Amelia[/name] is so rich and full. This combo is a beautiful one.
[name]Jane[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Jane[/name] is just fantastic! Really, I’m liking all of your names. [name]Elizabeth[/name] (which to me reminds me solely of [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Bennet[/name] of “Pride and Prejudice”) is a simultaneously strong, yet feminine, name. Another great combo. Oh, and I just realized that her initials spell out [name]Jem[/name], so if you like the name [name]Jemma[/name], she could always go by that–added bonus.(-:
[name]Cecelia[/name] [name]Marie[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Very pretty, even if [name]Marie[/name] is a very common middle name (if only I had a quarter for every time…) Does it not bother you, though, for one daughter to be given the first name that is the same as another’s middle name? [name]Cecelia[/name] substitutes could be [name]Ophelia[/name], [name]Carolina[/name], or [name]Cordelia[/name].
[name]Clarissa[/name] [name]Kai[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Not on the same level as your other combos, I don’t think. [name]Clarissa[/name] just seems too fanciful to me (perhaps you’d like [name]Clara[/name] or [name]Lucinda[/name] nn [name]Lucy[/name]?), although this just might be a personal bias of mine. [name]Kai[/name] doesn’t seem the same flavor as the other names you like.
[name]Penelope[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Penelope[/name] is a stunning name! It has such cute nn’s, too, such as [name]Penny[/name] and [name]Poppy[/name]. [name]Danielle[/name], I think, is a bit dated, but [name]Arabella[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] are more modern steps up from the same “elle” family. Although, [name]Penelope[/name] already has an “el” in it, so you might want to pair it with a different style of name.
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Mae[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - I do like both of these names quite a lot. My only problem is that, again, their lenghths together don’t amount to much. I like [name]Margaret[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] nn [name]Mae[/name], or something along those lines, much better.
[name]Jenette[/name] [name]Kiana[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Jenette[/name] is sadly dated (for similar-ending names, try [name]Scarlett[/name], [name]Juliette[/name], or [name]Violet[/name]), and [name]Kiana[/name] is no longer original; [name]Cipriana[/name] or [name]Emiliana[/name] would be much more stylish.
[name]Kelsey[/name] [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Kelsey[/name] is just on it’s way to a name death. [name]Olivia[/name], though pretty, is getting much more popular…consider turning to names like [name]Olive[/name], [name]Ottilie[/name], or [name]Olympia[/name] instead.

[name]Daniel[/name] [name]Ellis[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - A nice, if somewhat boring name. I don’t know if you’ll see the same connection, but [name]Ellis[/name] always reminds me of [name]Everett[/name], the second of which I like much better.
[name]Sylvester[/name] [name]Barnaby[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Sylvester[/name] would definitely be risky, but hey! I could totally see [name]Sylvester[/name] being the next cool thing. A question: if you like [name]Sylvester[/name], do you perhaps also like [name]Sylvia[/name]? If so, you might want to put that on your girls’ list. But with [name]Sylvester[/name], I’d just make sure you have a good nn picked out for him: Sev (my favorite), Styl, [name]Vester[/name], [name]Les[/name]. This name also reminds me of [name]Chester[/name], another favorite of mine. Maybe think about switching the middle & fn’s around? I love [name]Barnaby[/name].
[name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Rufus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Oh, I do like [name]Sebastian[/name]! [name]Rufus[/name] is a daring choice, too, and really goes well in this combo. This gets another seal of approval.
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Augustus[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - [name]Benjamin[/name] is a somewhat boring name to me (I’ve always prefered [name]Benedict[/name]), but [name]Augustus[/name] is a great choice.
[name]Elias[/name] [name]Bartholomew[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - My favorite combo! [name]Elias[/name] (which I pronounce EE-[name]LEE[/name]-uhs), is a DASHING name. [name]Bartholomew[/name] is sophisticated and perfect for the mn. Please choose this one!
[name]Quentin[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Ooh, a close second. [name]Quentin[/name] has a very upper-crust sound and [name]Matthias[/name] is very refreshing. (Please, God, no more [name]Matthews[/name]!)
[name]Patrick[/name] [name]Charles[/name] [name]Mortimer[/name] - Not as “bam” as your other combos, but a decent one. [name]Padraig[/name] is a cool form of [name]Patrick[/name].
