Baby berries due July - September 2022

To anyone else suffering with morning sickness and aversions who’s worrying about their nutritional intake in the first trimester - I have good news. You don’t need to worry. As long as you’re taking your pregnancy vitamins and drinking plenty of water, you and baby will be fine.

I spoke to my midwife about this and she said the first trimester is the time you need to be least worried about what you’re eating because the baby is still getting most of its nutrients from the yolk sack during this time, the nutritional value of which was decided at conception. There’s plenty of time to make up for it in the second and third trimesters, when hopefully you can stomach a wider variety of foods again :green_heart: I hope this is reassuring! :green_heart:
