Thank you everyone for all the great suggestions! We are leaning towards [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] simply because we love [name_m]Ben[/name_m] but as we are not really religious (first son [name_u]David[/name_u] was husbands middle name, he’s not from a religious background) we’re a bit worried about both boys names being religious. I grew up Catholic so am naturally drawn to classic bible names. Would these two names give the impression we are really religious (not that there’s a problem with that) but I feel like it’s a bit deceiving.
[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and [name_u]Oliver[/name_u] are front runners for me. [name_u]Happy[/name_u] for more suggestions to change the dynamic of the 3 names.
All three are terrific names - you can’t go wrong. I wouldn’t worry about being seen as religious- they’re common names for people who aren’t and I don’t think people would make a religious assumption. Might help to have the middle name and syllables/sound of last name. I reckon you get the final say as first son has your husband’s middle name. [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] has two syllables like your other two children.
