I would really appreciate some help to name my daughter due in [name_u]January[/name_u]. My son is [name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_m]Kevin[/name_m] O’[name_m]Donnell[/name_m] aged 2 . My husband has given me zero suggestions! This little girl will be cousin to [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_m]Angus[/name_m] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] Halligan who are close in age to her. Types of names I like are :
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_f]Norah[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] - my great Grandmother was [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Bianca[/name_f]- hubby really dislikes this name
We have very similar taste. I like your list, including [name_f]Bianca[/name_f]. My favorites would be [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]/[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Norah[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
Definitely be careful of [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] O’[name_m]Donnell[/name_m]. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is my favorite from your list and it’s a bonus that there is a special meaning behind it. I think you should definitely try to incorporate it in some way.
I love your idea for [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] - I would think about altering the spelling though. I am partial to [name_m]FRENCH[/name_m] spellings such as [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] or my favorite [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f].
It’s also a classic name - so with that I will suggest “[name_f]Lydia[/name_f].” You can go Italian and spell it “[name_f]Lidia[/name_f]”
Some people also go by their background so I would encourage you to look at family names from your culture or the actual MEANING of the name.
Good luck! I’m sure the name will be great no matter what you choose! You’ll love her just the same!
Note I mentioned [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] before reading the other posts . . . mainly because it’s my own name and it’s unique and no one else in school had it.
I love [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] are so cute together! I know a little girl named [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] and she is a little doll!!
There is so much potential and positivity with your list. Any name is wonderful!
My choice, though, would be [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] or [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. I am not a fan of [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] or [name_f]Bianca[/name_f], as it doesn’t fit the same trend as your other names. [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are beautiful, just too common for my taste.
I really like [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] together and the connection with your great grandma is a definite plus. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] that someone suggested is so sweet.
What about these names:
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]
[name_f]Vera[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]- [name_u]Mattie[/name_u]
[name_f]Nola[/name_f]
[name_f]Evie[/name_f]
[name_f]Brielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Esme[/name_f]
[name_f]Noella[/name_f]
[name_f]Siena[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f]
