My favorite is [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. Maybe [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]? I also like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], but don’t like that her first and last name would be two syllables.
My fave is Evren but I prefer the spelling Everen. [name_u]Love[/name_u] Everen [name_f]Kate[/name_f]!
I voted for [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] “[name_f]Maggie[/name_f]”.
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] would be a nice combo.
My fave is Evren but I prefer the spelling Everen. [name_u]Love[/name_u] Everen [name_f]Kate[/name_f]!
You have a great list, I must say!
I voted for [name_f]Anya[/name_f] - I love it. It’s short and simple and has a good dash of zest. [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f] or [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] would be gorgeous. Evren is pretty darn fantastic too though - Evren Beatrix would be great.
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f]!
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]!
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] & [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] are my favorites .
My favorite would be…
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] D avis
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f] D avis
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_u]Leighton[/name_u] D avis
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] D avis.
Good luck and congratulations on your baby!!!
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] is adorable!!
Nice names. I love [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] (or [name_f]Nola[/name_f]?), [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] nn [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Gemma[/name_f], Vaida… tho Vaida might sound too similar to your last name. I think [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] all sound lovely with your last name. Good luck!
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Leighton[/name_u] gets my vote although I’m in love with all the other names, such a great list.
Best of luck! xx
My fave is [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] but with your relatively common surname (D@vis), I think it may be wise to choose something a little more unusual and less popular.
I would eliminate…
Vaida is too matchy in sound with your surname. I don’t like the spelling either.
Evren is just not appealing in look or sound. Both names have a strong “v” as well.
I don’t know where you live but [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] may be too common so she may have to share her name with some other girls in her school ([name_f]Lucy[/name_f] D and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] D would get tiresome)
That leaves three still standing: [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_f]Anya[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. I would bring these three to the hospital with you. My combo choices would be: [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].
Funny-- my nn and ln are the same as your choice here-- [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. What about going with a little less common fn and using [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] as a nn? Maybe [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], [name_f]Lucinda[/name_f], [name_f]Lucretia[/name_f], or [name_f]Lucille[/name_f]/[name_f]Lucilla[/name_f]? [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] or [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] D are nice combinations. [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is a little too frilly for me, but what about [name_f]Marina[/name_f], [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f], or [name_f]Miranda[/name_f]? I agree that Erven and Vaida are not the best choices. [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Marigold[/name_f], [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Sabine[/name_f] are all nice combos. What about using [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] as a fn?
[name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] or [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] are both beautiful.
I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] a lot too. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is darling.
I like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], and [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].
I voted for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] nn [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]! SO cute!
We did think of [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] as a first name but I’m not a huge fan of the nn [name_u]Clem[/name_u] which would evidently be given by some people! Your suggestions are brilliant though, thanks so much!
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] or [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] get my vote- I think it goes beautifully with your last name (which is my last name too :)). Given how common the last name is, [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] adds a bit of spunk and is different without being overly unusual or odd. It also has a lovely solid, strong, earthy and feminine (but not heavy) feel to it which pairs really nicely with your surname.
