Happy to announce the birth of our second daughter, Livie Anne, little sister of Evvie Rose [pronounced eh-vee], born on August 22nd.
As we’re both Hungarian living in Ireland, we were looking for names that would work in both countries. Livia/ Olivia are extremely popular; as we aimed to go for a (somewhat) unique name, we eventually settled on Livie. My original idea was Livvie but my husband preferred the form with one ‘v’.
Both of our girls have classic middle names. In the unlikely case they don’t like their first names later on, they can choose to go by their middle names.
She has a lovely name and it pairs so nicely with her sister’s name.
