Would love to hear some baby sister name suggestions. Our daughter’s name is [name]Isabel[/name] [name]Ana[/name] (nn [name]Izzy[/name]) and would like to have the names sound good together. Also, we have a very long Spanish last name. I have a couple of names I’m thinking about but I would rather not influence the responses.
Thanks!
ps-when we named our daughter we had no idea it was a variation of such a popular name…for the rest of her life she is going to be correcting people who automatically put an ‘a’ at the end of her name. I go through it every time we see the pediatrician.
[name]Isabel[/name] is my absolute favorite of all its variants, and I love the subtle Spanish sound of her name! [name]Izzy[/name] is such a cute nickname - I hope you can find one as cute for her sister!
For names with a Spanish feel, I like these with [name]Isabel[/name]:
Are you going for another Spanish name? If you are here are some names I like
[name]Marina[/name] -adorable w/ izzy!!
[name]Marta[/name] - it’s actually [name]German[/name] and Spanish! But it’s pretty cute with [name]Isabel[/name]
[name]Gabby[/name]- I only say this because I only know two brazillian people and their names are [name]Isobel[/name] and [name]Gabbi[/name]! They’re good together I thnk!
[name]Estrella[/name]- I know what you’re thinking but If you pronounce the Ls like est-re-lla instead of est ray a it also sounds cute! Anther similar option is [name]Stella[/name]!
I hope you like one of these names. If not I hope you find he perfect name!
Maybe something that didnt end in “a” to help those who automatically add it to your daughters name.
