I think you put this on the wrong category because it’s on the ‘name advice’ category
[name_m]Alfred[/name_m] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] sprang to mind first bc those were the names of [name_f]Queen[/name_f] Victoria’s children 
I can imagine a [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] carrying on the regal theme but choosing a somewhat less common name - [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_u]Rose[/name_u] sprang to mind (yes, the [name_u]Rose[/name_u] is cheating, sorry not sorry).
For a brother another elegant classic with cute nicknames potential is [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_u]Henry[/name_u] - [name_m]Seb[/name_m] and [name_f]Addie[/name_f] is a really cute sibset to me!
