Okay, this is going to sound odd but…
When I first saw the name [name_f]Natalia[/name_f] (nuh-tal-yuh) written down I assumed it was pronounced nat-uh-lee-uh (just like [name_f]Natalie[/name_f], with “uh” at the end). I obviously know that is not the correct way to say it now, but I am still kind of intrigued by it. I’d have to play around with the spelling a little bit to see if there is a semi-foolproof way to get the lee-uh ending (suggestions welcome)…but other than spelling issues, is it that bad? Am I out of my mind for liking that pronunciation?
