bella

Would the name bella benefit from a more formal and longer name such as [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] or [name_f]Belinda[/name_f] for when the child grows up?

It really comes down to what you, as the parent, think will be of most benefit. Personally, I think [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is completely fine as a standalone name, but if you’d like to use a “formal” name as well, it’s certainly an option that’s just as acceptable.

I think [name_f]Bella[/name_f] stands alone just fine and ages perfectly well, but I do personally vastly prefer longer form [name_f]Arabella[/name_f]. I also think [name_f]Belinda[/name_f] is very pretty (:another option would be using a name that ends in the bell sound; [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f], [name_f]Claribel[/name_f], [name_f]Maybelle[/name_f], [name_f]Bluebell[/name_f]

The benefit of a longer name like [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is that she would have options on what she went by, however, I think [name_f]Bella[/name_f] works fine as a full name if its what you plan to use anyway. Only go for a longer option if you like one of them more or as much as you like [name_f]Bella[/name_f] on its own

I think it is a fine stand alone name, and I quite like it.

If I had to choose a longer version it would be Arabella.

There is also a song called Arabella by the Arctic Moneys.

I think its a fab name on its own, and i much prefer it without a full name.

I think [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is fine as a stand-alone name.

[name_f]Annabella[/name_f] is another option.

[name_f]Bella[/name_f] is beautiful as it is. I personally love a shorter name, but [name_f]Arabella[/name_f] would be my choice for a longer name option.

My personal preference would be [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Bella[/name_f]. Good luck!

It’s fine on its own.
