The best thing about [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] is her nicknames.
I bet lots of people will say [name_f]Margo[/name_f]/[name_f]Margot[/name_f] it is very hot on nameberry right now.
For me [name_f]Peggy[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and [name_f]Greta[/name_f] and [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] are the best.
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f] also very cute.
[name_f]Meg[/name_f] and [name_f]Meggy[/name_f] a little bit more dated but still adorable.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] are my least favourite.
For you I would choose [name_f]Peggy[/name_f] as it has the form and sound of [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] but a very strong identity of its own.
I’d love to meet a little [name_f]Peggy[/name_f].
I think they are all great options, but [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is my favorite nn for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Greta[/name_f]. 
I’d probably opt for [name_f]Mae[/name_f] out of the options in your poll. It sounds separate from [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] to give DD her own identity. My first name is the same as my grandma’s name and I disliked it because for a long time, we both went by the same nickname too (a nickname that I didn’t love either). Finally once I got older, people started to call me exclusively by my full name, which works better since my grandma didn’t like to go by it. [name_m]Just[/name_m] my two cents.
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f] has so many beautiful nicknames, but it’s hard to beat the full [name_f]Margaret[/name_f].
