[name_f]Freya[/name_f]. I can’t put my finger on exactly why I like [name_f]Freya[/name_f] better, but I think I find [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] to be a little prissy.
[name_f]Freya[/name_f] would be my choice, it has a more delicate air to it and I like the meaning too!
I like [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] slightly more than [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. It just seems a little more classic.
What do they mean to you? Here is what each name brings to my mind.
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]- I think ireland/ classic and charming/ shrek/ burn notice
[name_f]Freya[/name_f]- norse mythology/ witches of east end/ light and airy

Honestly, I can’t choose! I’ve got [name_f]Freya[/name_f], [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] and [name_f]Flora[/name_f] on my short list (and they would make an adorable sibset [name_f]IMO[/name_f]:)) [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] are both great.
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]. I also like the name [name_f]Finola[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] overall. It sounds appropriate for a fairy.
I like the definition of [name_f]Freya[/name_f] better.
Since you’re in [name_u]Sweden[/name_u] personally I would go [name_f]Freya[/name_f]/[name_f]Freja[/name_f]! It sounds so beautiful with a Swedish accent.
In that case, [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. It has a more mystical sound.
I prefer [name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
I’ve always loved [name_f]Freya[/name_f], it’s much fresher than [name_f]Fiona[/name_f].
They are both lovely, but I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f].
Oh [name_f]Freya[/name_f], definately. Pretty [name_f]Freya[/name_f] with her Norse grey eyes and long hair, her mythological beauty and strength. The elvish feel to this name while still being a whole and solid and usable name for a person, from birth to the golden years is almost irresistable. She is my own short list for my coming baby girl. [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] has never held much charm for me, I’m sorry to say. It seems… hard and somehow harsh. Maybe I’m thinking of [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] in [name_m]Burn[/name_m] Notice. (I like her but she’s not sweet or soft for sure)
Wow, I like both! I think [name_f]Freya[/name_f] will have to win. [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_f]Noor[/name_f] make a good sibset.

I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f] but I don’t mind [name_f]Fiona[/name_f]

I say make a list of potential sibling names first & see what ‘fits’ better with the others you like most.
