Sorry for all these posts! We are pretty set on [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] as her first name. We had considered [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] and [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] as first names (they are both from the Bible) but [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] seems more feminine, so now we want a Biblical middle name that’s not too common but still feminine. I made a previous post about [name_f]Grace[/name_f]-[name_f]Glory[/name_f] but consensus was that it’s a bit too much. Open to all suggestions!

I really like [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]! It flows and is very pretty! I like the idea of an “obviously” female name for the middle name, since [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] is generally a male name

Completely agree with @Elle1on needing to make it obviously feminine. [name_m]Hence[/name_m] why my choices all have the “a” ending.

I believe typically its the leh-na pronounciation but I could see the lee-na pronounciation also being usable

Just a bit curious why you want to use traditionally male Biblical names. There are so many beautiful female Biblical names. You seem to really like E names, why not something like [name_f]Esther[/name_f]?
Elliot, [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] and [name_u]Ezra[/name_u] are all male names, sound male and should be used for boys only. I don’t think it’s a good idea to name her [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] when the Bible is full of beautiful names beared by great women!
[name_f]Glory[/name_f] or [name_f]Grace[/name_f] are nice middles anyway
I wonder if there’s a list of unisex biblical names / names that have masculine and female versions. I can think of [name_u]Noah[/name_u] and [name_m]Daniel[/name_m]/Danielle but that’s about it.
@Alix2016 has a good point!! [name_f]My[/name_f] parents are Catholic, so it is customary to name kids after a saint or a biblical name. Technically, my parents named me [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] from the Beatles song, BUT it is the feminine for [name_u]Michael[/name_u] the archangel, so it worked!
I actually like the idea of [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]-[name_f]Glory[/name_f] a lot! [name_f]Grace[/name_f]-[name_f]Glory[/name_f] is super fun (a bit over the top, but I think it works as a middle).
