Congratulations on your engagement! I love your naming style. We have a lot of overlap in name aesthetics & interests. I straight up love all of the names you mentioned. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them! It’s been delightful reading through everyone’s suggestions! We’re expecting our 2nd little one in March & I’ve been able to glean some inspiration (thanks everybody!)

Girls:
Summary
Kindred [nn (K)indie] - I love this for you all. She is gentle, warm, & kind. The vibes I get from her are indie/western/homesteader. I could totally picture a little Kindred running around your farm collecting eggs, flowers, & such 
Also, I love the meaning (family/connectedness). You could do a double middle that honors both you & your partner as well as your angel baby Willa. What a beautiful way to say your family will be connected no matter how much time passes.
Fable (nn Faye or Billie) - She’s got a stardust quality about her, while still remaining down-to-earth & merry. The nickname options could sway her to be more whimsical or western depending on what appeals to you!
Saffron (Ronnie or Ro) - A yellow flower used as both a spice or dye. Maybe this is just me… but I’m very into natural dyes & the imagery of hanging a saffron died cloth on a clothesline as little hands reach to help me pick more clothes out of our wicker basket is a sunny thought I can’t get out of my head.
Boys:
Summary
Shilah (nn Shai) - First of all, what a cool cowboy name! I love his gentle sound. Shilah is the Navajo word for “brother” & I thought it could be a very meaningful, yet subtle way to honor his sister Willa 
Amos (nn Mossy/Moss) - Vintage feel with a cute nature nickname. Very similar to Amias (another name I love). For me the nickname Moss bumps him up slightly ahead of Amias.
Rook (nn Rue or Ro?) - I’ll admit it… He may be a wildcard but I just love this name. My husband has vetoed him countless times so here I am trying to convince almost everyone to use it lol. A Rook is a bird as well as a chess piece & the meaning is “dark haired”. He’s strong & short with a woodsy/winter/poetic vibe.
