[name_m]Just[/name_m] found out I’m pregnant and already 20 weeks (what?!) Crazy. Anyway, My husband and I can never agree on names, except when we both think “that would make a great name for a dog!” :rolleyes:
Our 1 year old daughter’s name is [name_f]Holly[/name_f]. Middle name is a family name, first name we couldn’t decide between [name_f]Holly[/name_f] or [name_f]Molly[/name_f]. We obviously can’t choose [name_f]Molly[/name_f] for #2 if it’s a girl… Our last name starts with L.
Advice - I don’t like when names are too matchy (eg: [name_f]Holly[/name_f] & [name_f]Lily[/name_f]) and my husband likes basic/common names while I like more classic/timeless.

I really like the name [name_m]Graham[/name_m] for a boy, but my husband is entirely opposed. I also really wanted [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] for a girl (well, [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] but hubs nixed the spelling for something “more simple” and then was like JK I hate it). His top girl name is [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] and for a boy, [name_u]Kyle[/name_u].
[name_f]Holly[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous! I’m sure there are some simple and timeless names that will work well.

I love most of them, you guys have my taste pegged, but quite a few of them are the names of people we know/couldn’t use. My husband said he actually likes [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] (he nixed [name_f]Julianna[/name_f] early on last time so I never would have thought it would be worth bringing up something similar) so that has been added to our list We both prefer it to [name_f]Jillian[/name_f] now.
My husband’s name is [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] so that’s out haha but keep the names coming if you have further suggestions! We just can’t agree on boy names, ever :rolleyes:
I do like the name [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]! However, I’m really finding it hard to place a middle name between it and our last name so I’m not favoring it right now… it may warm up on me, we’ll see. We have until Thursday at the doctors appt before I find out the gender (he isn’t & I have to do my best to keep it a secret) which is why we wanted to lock down front-runner names so I didn’t make it more obvious what baby will be. We didn’t find out with our first and I really want to this time.
