I went for [name_u]Blake[/name_u]. [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] feels more feminine, but also a bit made up imho. [name_u]Blake[/name_u] can definitely work when paired with a more feminine middle.

I agree that [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] sounds too made up. [name_u]Blake[/name_u] isn’t my favorite name, it comes off kind of harsh, but it’s my favorite of the two. I’d also suggest [name_u]Blair[/name_u], it’s a little more feminine than [name_u]Blake[/name_u], but a lot of the same sounds and a similar style.

[name_u]Blake[/name_u], for sure! Not a name I think of much, but I do like its brevity, spunkiness and association with the actress [name_u]Blake[/name_u] Lively. It makes me think of names like [name_u]Blair[/name_u], [name_f]Blythe[/name_f] and [name_u]Blaise[/name_u]. [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is lovely.

I really like [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], it seems like a nice balance between modern/androgynous and vintage/feminine.

Also love the suggestion of [name_u]Blair[/name_u] :purple_heart:

I prefer [name_u]Blake[/name_u] but also like the suggestion of [name_u]Blaire[/name_u]. I would also add [name_u]Blaine[/name_u], which has really been growing on me.

I quite like [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f], as well as the suggestion of [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f]. A few other combos I enjoy:

Blake [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Emily[/name_f]

I agree with who said Blakey sounds more feminine but a bit made up.
I voted for [name_u]Blake[/name_u], middle name [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f].
[name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] flows better than [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

I like [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]!

Blake [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is lovely!!

Blake [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] and [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] came to mind

I love both, but I think right now I prefer Blakely! Blakely Aurora is adorable!

How about;

Blakely Violet
Blakely Ophelia
Blakely Emmeline
Blakely Sophia
Blakely Penelope
Blakely Clementine

[name_u]Blakely[/name_u] is sweet, but you just can’t beat [name_u]Blake[/name_u].

I love [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] with the nn [name_u]Blake[/name_u], and [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous. I saw a wonderful little girl on insta named [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] ‘[name_u]Blake[/name_u]’, and ever since I fell in love with the name.

I voted for [name_u]Blake[/name_u] - like other commenters have said, [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] feels made up to me. It also makes me think of a mash-up of the actress [name_u]Blake[/name_u] Lively’s name, to be honest. [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is a lovely mix of something more neutral and then a more feminine middle.

I voted for [name_u]Blake[/name_u]. I know there’s [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_m]Shelton[/name_m] however the only [name_u]Blake[/name_u] I have ever met was a little girl a couple months ago so that’s what I envision.

I feel like [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] seems like a cutesy nickname or even a pet name as it made me think of the dog named [name_f]Brinkley[/name_f] in You’ve Got [name_m]Mail[/name_m]

I like both, and I love your combinations–I think you’ve found perfect middles for both [name_u]Blake[/name_u] and [name_u]Blakely[/name_u]! I just wanted to chime in that [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] doesn’t sound made up to me. It’s a surname-name with a meaning and it’s currently more widely used than [name_u]Blake[/name_u] for girls, at least in the U.S.! So I wouldn’t let that deter you if you love it; [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is so sweet. And it comes with [name_u]Blake[/name_u] as a built-in nickname option. I’m a fan of [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] too though, so I really don’t think you can go wrong!

I love [name_u]Blake[/name_u]! I think it’s so beautiful and strong. [name_u]Blake[/name_u] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is such a sweet combo!
however, I do think [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is a very pretty name! [name_u]Blakely[/name_u] doesnt seem made up to me, as I’ve seen lots of little girls with the name, but it does seem extremely trendy.
If that doesn’t matter to you though, I think both combos are really nice!! You can’t go wrong here.

(Also love the suggestion of [name_u]Blair[/name_u]!)
