Bo?

I love the nickname [name_u]Bo[/name_u] for a girl. I know it’s traditionally thought of as boyish, but I just think it would be absolutely precious on a little girl! However, [name_u]Bo[/name_u] as a full name is insubstantial, and just wouldn’t really work. I can’t think of any full names (besides [name_f]Bonita[/name_f], which I strongly dislike). Any suggestions? And what do you think of [name_u]Bo[/name_u] for a girl?

[name_m]How[/name_m] about…

[name_f]Bonnie[/name_f]
[name_f]Isabeau[/name_f]
[name_u]Bristol[/name_u]
[name_u]Brooklyn[/name_u]/[name_u]Brooke[/name_u]

That’s really all I can think of :stuck_out_tongue:

I love [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f]! I think you could also go along the lines of using the first letter in the first and middle names to get [name_m]Beau[/name_m], like [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] [name_f]Orchid[/name_f] (just pulled something out of the air). I also thought of…

[name_f]Barbara[/name_f]
[name_f]Barcelona[/name_f]
[name_f]Blossom[/name_f]
[name_f]Brighton[/name_f]
[name_f]Briony[/name_f]/[name_f]Bryony[/name_f]
[name_f]Bronwyn[/name_f]

[name_f]Bardot[/name_f] nn [name_u]Bo[/name_u]
[name_f]Boheme[/name_f] nn [name_u]Bo[/name_u]
[name_u]Bolivia[/name_u] nn [name_u]Bo[/name_u]

[name_f]Bonnie[/name_f], [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u], [name_f]Boheme[/name_f], [name_f]Bohemia[/name_f], [name_f]Bozena[/name_f], [name_u]Ballou[/name_u], [name_f]Begonia[/name_f], [name_f]Boudicca[/name_f], [name_f]Briona[/name_f], [name_u]Brio[/name_u], [name_m]Beau[/name_m], [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f], [name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f], Beaujolais, [name_f]Rainbow[/name_f], [name_m]Bowie[/name_m]

I love the name [name_u]Bo[/name_u] for a girl, even just as a given name. It was actually on my list for a boy and I haven’t been able to let it go for my girl! Haha. The given name I have on my list for [name_u]Bo[/name_u] is [name_m]Bodhi[/name_m], which I love and find to be unisex, and has great meaning.

Others

Boadicea – few different legit pronunciations on this one. It’s a pretty epic name and can see how it might not appeal to many. Boh-diss-ee-uh or [name_u]Bo[/name_u]-uh-diss-ee-uh or, my least favorite, bo/boo-di-cuh.

Bodene

Bodelia

[name_u]Robin[/name_u]

[name_f]Roberta[/name_f]

[name_f]Robina[/name_f]

[name_f]Bronte[/name_f]

[name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f]

I wouldn’t recommend going the initial way without considering that B.O. is also short hand for Body Odor.

I know a [name_u]Bo[/name_u] her name us just [name_u]Bo[/name_u] and when asked what it’s short for she says what can [name_u]Bo[/name_u] be short for? I think [name_u]Bo[/name_u] doesn’t need a full name, the [name_u]Bo[/name_u] I know is 15 and she wears it quite well.
All the full name examples I can think of has been suggested but [name_f]Ebony[/name_f] nn [name_u]Bo[/name_u] could work
