I would probably associate kind of dusty names with librarian names.
*[name]Susan[/name]
*[name]Carolyn[/name]
*[name]Sylvia[/name]
*[name]Louisa[/name]
*[name]Alice[/name]
My local librarian is called [name]Astrid[/name]. Previous one was [name]Eldrid[/name] (pronounced Eldri. [name]Astrid[/name]'s final D is actually silent as well).
Other than that, literary, calm classics like [name]Anne[/name] or [name]Lydia[/name] (not [name]Jane[/name] or [name]Charlotte[/name]).
I volunteer at two libraries; one in a rural small town for a year, one in my small town for two years. My sister is a librarian at both of them, and her name is Amris.
A few librarians I’ve come across:
[name]Agnes[/name]
[name]Phyllis[/name]
[name]Tish[/name]
[name]Christine[/name]
[name]Patrick[/name]
[name]Robert[/name]
[name]Annie[/name]
[name]Juan[/name]
[name]Karen[/name] (only she says it like Car-en)
[name]Joyce[/name]
[name]Lynn[/name]
That’s all I can think of, though I met about fifty at the [name]Christmas[/name] Party.
