Personally, I divide names into three main groups:
Boys ([name_m]William[/name_m], [name_u]Jude[/name_u], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], etc…)
Girls ([name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], [name_f]Margot[/name_f])
Unisex ([name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_u]Morgan[/name_u], [name_u]Dakota[/name_u], [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], [name_u]Schuyler[/name_u])
As a rule, I’m not a fan of gender neutral names but there are always exceptions. I prefer the gender to be defined so I don’t care for boys names on girls. I’m of the belief that there are plenty of wonderful girls names out there (popular and unusual) so I don’t really think it’s necessary to choose a boys name for a girl or vice versa. That’s just my preference. To each their own.
That’s my view too! What a great way to put it, mischa, Thanks!
